Sometimes your relationship gets to where only time and space can offer the support you need to hold meaningful conversations, constantly interrupted by the quick pace of life or unspoken hurt and pain. Enjoy a safe space where I use Imago therapeutic skills to create opportunities for healing and growth in your relationship. The intensive sessions are like a private couples workshop. You will explore the hurt of the challenges in your relationship and also learn practical ways to manage the relationship dynamics. The intensive sessions Include Dr. Most as a therapist and (upon the couples consent) Mr. Most as a relationship coach. Steven is a certified coach, certified Imago Workshop presenter, and Imago relationship educator. As a couple we offer support to couples in distress or busy couples who for some life reasons can not engage in a weekly therapy session schedule. We usually offer a series of four intensive sessions to each couple. Two sessions can be held in a day. You can decide to attend the sessions the way that works for you. Upon request, we can arrange the sessions to happen early in the morning or during the weekend. During intensive therapy, you can: REMEDIATE the hurts and pain created by an affair. LEARN new ways to cope with stress and anxiety in your relationship. ACQUIRE the tools necessary to solve problems in your family or marriage. IMPROVE communication and listening abilities. RECEIVE and give empathy. ASK for what you need from your partner. GIVE what your partner needs from you. STAY connected to your partner through difficult times. LEARN techniques and exercises to strengthen your relationship. DISCOVER deeper meaning and purpose for yourself and for your relationship. Session duration 3.5 hours - Cost for each session $1.463 After intensives, upon the male's consent, Steven holds individual relationship coaching sessions with males to support them in putting into practice what they are learning in therapy.
