Two words define Steven Most as an international coach: eclectic - versatility, which he employs to provide executive, relationship, management, and diversity and inclusion coaching.

​

Relationships and Communication

Steven is a certified international coach and a workshop presenter for Imago Relationships - a communication process, which facilitates relationship building through dialogues that promote deep listening and presence. He is also certified in DEI and EQ-i, and uses his experiences in crisis management to support his clients as they navigate the intersections between life and career. He employs self-assessment tools like Strength Finders and Enneagram to raise awareness of strengths and potential blind spots, fostering self-reflection and habit change.

Leadership Development

Steven  has successfully created high-performance cultures through leadership development and team-building. He uses his experiences in resolving employee grievances to support all levels of leadership. His eclectic versatility includes human resource management, which is valued by clients who navigate the complexity of leadership in the workplace.

International and Multicultural Experiences 

Steven employs his international affairs and economics background to expand his clients; potential. He worked on USG, United Nations and other donor funded projects in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Liberia, Kosovo, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal and the United States. Steven has an excellent track record in managing finances and operations.

Community Involvement 

Steven also enjoys serving his community. In the recent past, he coached youth sports and served as the chairperson of a nonprofit board of directors. Today, he co-leads small groups for couples and provides pro-bono relationship coaching to faith-based communities.
